Our organic approach
Since 2014, Florence and Jacques Borel, the new owners of the Estate, have been working to renovate the cellars and restructure the Vineyard.
It is within this framework and with a concern for preserving the natural heritage that the entire estate completed its conversion to organic and biodynamic agriculture in 2019.
More than organic farming, it is biodiversity that guides our thinking: how can we obtain a quality and healthy product while allowing flora and fauna to coexist with humans to form a harmonious and self-sufficient whole?

Using no synthetic products either in the vines or in the cellars, the grapes are preserved to the maximum. By using the power of water, the benefits of herbal teas on the vines, and taking into account lunar calendars, the balance and good health of plants are increased.
