The Estate

Château de Chelivette is one of the oldest wine estates in Gironde.
It dominates the vineyard on the hillside and is superbly exposed. Located in the communes of Ste Eulalie and St Loubes, it produces Bordeaux Supérieur, Côte de Bordeaux, Bordeaux Rosé and many limited editions from blends of the 7 grape varieties now present in the vineyard.

The estate, approximately 30 ha, is made up of meadows, shrubs, hedges and century-old trees providing natural protection for the vines, while welcoming small fauna which helps to combat vineyard parasites.
It is a farm that has emerged over the years with its forest corridors, its animals, its vegetables, its fruits.
It is nature itself in its diversity that best protects the Vine.

The beauty and tranquility of the site, its ideal geographical location 15 minutes from Bordeaux and St Emilion, its historical and heritage interest and the quality of its terroir, constitute a solid base for the development of a complete wine tourism activity.
Tours and tastings are offered at the Château de Chelivette while the fully renovated Château Mathereau welcomes you in complete serenity, offering exclusive accommodation for 12 people on this Estate where nature reigns supreme.
