After replanting work in recent years, the first vintage of Château Mathereau was born in 2019 after a short aging in barrels.

This sweet wine will take you away with the richness of its floral scents. Its nose is lemony with notes of acacia flower and honey. The palate is greedy and fruity and a hint of citrus freshness balances it. Ideally served between 8 and 10, it accompanies aperitifs and highlights desserts with seasonal fruits. It will keep its aromas for around ten years.
