After replanting work in recent years, the first Château Mathereau cuvée was born in 2019 after a short aging in barrels.

This sweet wine carries you away with the richness of its floral scents. Its nose is lemony with notes of acacia flower and honey. The palate is greedy and fruity and a touch of citrus freshness balances. Ideally served between 8 and 10, it accompanies aperitifs and highlights desserts with seasonal fruits. It will keep its aromas for about ten years.
